Entry applications will be accepted
for the 5th Annual Grand Rapids Jaycees Patriot Day
Parade. The deadline for applications is Friday,
August 22. The fee for entries received ON OR BEFORE
August 22 is $30 (Non-Profit) and $40 (Corporate).
The fee for entries received AFTER August 22 is $40
(Non-Profit) and $50 (Corporate). Applications
postmarked after Friday, August 29 will NOT be
accepted. The entry fee for marching bands, military,
and public rescue services (fire, police, EMT ONLY)
units will be waived.
Entrants will be listed in a program
that will be distributed to spectators the day of the
parade. Entries received after the August 29 deadline
are not guaranteed to be listed in the program.

Entry Competition
Entries will compete in the following categories: Best
Open Entry and Best Corporate Entry. Winners will
receive a plaque and will be given a banner to carry
in the parade. Judging will take place in the staging
areas before the start of the parade. **Note: If
your organization does not wish to be judged, please
indicate so on your application.**
