To Meet New People
Many of our members have made valuable new connections
because of their involvement with the Grand Rapids Jaycees.
New jobs are found, new employees are found, new clients
are found, new spouses are found, and new friends are
found! With more than 200 members, our group covers
a wide variety of interests and environments. We're
diverse and always on the lookout for new additions
to our group.
To Benefit Business
Our members work in a wide variety of professions and industries. Our Individual Development portfolio offers skills seminars in areas that can be immediately applied in the work world. We network by participating in leads groups and by working side-by-side with other Jaycees. Personal relationships are formed that turn into business relationships.
To Contribute to Our Community
Sharing blessings with others is one way the Grand Rapids Jaycees benefits our community. We impact our communities in two ways: financially and physically.
We also contribute to our community
through hands-on work. Whether building a Habitat for
Humanity House, building a park for the city, planting
flowers, cleaning up public areas, and taking our pets
to visit seniors; our members believe that "service
to humanity is the best work of life."
